Records we hold

Company records: incorporation documents, statutory registers and minutes.
Financial records: accounts, tax records and invoices.
Client records: proposals, agreements, deliverables and correspondence.
Enquiry records: details submitted through this website.
Supplier records: agreements and correspondence with operators and suppliers.

Processing of personal information

How to request access

Requests must be made on the prescribed form (Form 2) and sent to the Information Officer. A request fee and access fee may apply as prescribed. We will respond within 30 days.
